Cup Coffee Roasters supplies freshly roasted specialty coffee to cafes, restaurants, offices, and retailers across Portland and beyond. Every wholesale order is roasted to order in small batches, the same way we roast for our own shop, so your customers get the same quality we'd serve ourselves.
We also offer private label and white label roasting. Golden Hour Coffee Co. is one of several partners who serve our coffee under their own brand, roasted and packed by us.

How do I place a wholesale order?

What's the minimum order for wholesale?
Direct wholesale orders start at 6 retail bags or one 5 lb bag. Ordering through our Faire storefront has a $100 minimum.
What are your wholesale lead times?
Wholesale runs on the same schedule as our regular roasting: we roast every Monday and ship every Tuesday. Get your order in by Sunday at midnight PT to make that week's roast.
Where is Cup Coffee Roasters based?
We roast in Portland, Oregon, in small weekly batches, so wholesale partners get the same fresh coffee sold direct to consumers.
