How fresh is Cup Coffee Roasters' coffee?

We roast every Monday in Portland, Oregon and ship shortly after, so what arrives is roasted within days, not months. Order by Sunday at midnight PT to make that week's roast.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Coffee orders of $75 or more ship free, and merch orders of $100 or more ship free. If you're in Portland, we also offer free local delivery.

What grind options do you offer?

Most coffees are available as whole bean, drip, pour over, cold brew, and French press grinds, so you can order it ready for however you brew.

What is sugarcane decaf, and how is it different?

Our decaf uses the sugarcane EA process, which removes caffeine while preserving more of the coffee's original flavor than many traditional decaf methods.

Returns & Issues

Can I return coffee if I don't like it?

Coffee is a food product, so we can't accept returns on it. If something's wrong with your order, reach out to info@cupcoffeeroasters.co and we'll make it right. Non-food items like merch have a 14-day return window.
