The variety is low-yielding and delicate by nature, but it produces a cup that is extraordinary. What makes this lot even more unusual: some of the Sudan Rume trees at Villarazo yield yellow cherries, a rare natural mutation that Arcila and his team have specifically cultivated and separated into this distinct offering.
